 This event will be held on Saturday June 13, 2009 from 9am to 5pm at the New Horizons Training facility in Bloomfield, CT (http://www.nhhartford.com).

 

Code Camps are free, all day, developer community driven, technically oriented events covering Microsoft .NET and related technologies.  For additional information on the Code Camp format and audience, as well as a current list of speakers, please see the left-column of this page.

 

Sponsorship includes the following:

* Sponsoring firms may setup a small booth in the main common area of the facility.  This area is the main congregating area where lunch and between session refreshments are available to attendees.  A table will be provided.

* Logo acknowledgment on the CTDOTNET web site CodeCamp2 page.
* Acknowledgment on all email communications promoting the event.  Our email list currently stands at  approximately 1500 recipients.

* The opportunity to present at a Career Fair mini-session (see below).

* Placement of job postings, with links, on the CTDOTNET web site Jobs Board


Career Fair:

Our tentative schedule includes a 1 3/4 hour midday break during which Career Fair mini-sessions are scheduled.  The Career Fair is an opportunity for our Sponsors to interact closely with the attendees.  We anticipate these Sponsor lead 15-30 minute sessions will cover topics such as Interviewing Skills, Job Searches, Resume Writing, etc.  As an example, New Horizons, our facility sponsor, will conduct a Training & Certification mini-session.  If your firm wishes to participate by presenting a mini-session, or conducting a panel discussion, please contact us with your topic.  All topics mentioned above, except Training & Certification, are currently available.


Registration and Fee:

The Sponsorship fee for this event is $200. Sponsorship funds are used to cover the costs of the event and contribute to our general fund.  If you would like to register as a Sponsor, please send an email to rjo@rjosoft.com.  Checks should be made payable to 'Robert Ohlheiser, Treasurer' and sent to the address below.  If you would like to receive an invoice, please request this in your confirmation email.

We are pleased to have received a strong response to our Call for Sponsors.  We look forward to partnering with our Sponsor community to make the new Career Fair portion of this event a mutually beneficial experience for attendees and Sponsors alike.
